Visitors with disabilities
Disabled visitors and their carers can enter the Museum for free.
Access to the ticket office and the Museum itinerary has various architectural barriers (ramps and stairs) and there is limited lift accessibility. Watch the video on this page to better understand the visit itinerary.
Visitors with mobility difficulties are asked to contact our secretary’s office in advance (+39 0464 438100).
Families
Visitors who enter the Museum with children in a pushchair may encounter difficulties along the way due to ramps and stairs. It is possible to leave the pushchair with the Museum staff at the ticket office. Discover all the services dedicated to Families.
Animals
Guide dogs assisting sight or hearing impaired visitors may enter, in addition to small pets held in the arms or in a carrier.
