Organised groups
Organised groups wishing to visit the Museum can do so independently or be accompanied by one of our guides.
In compliance with current COVID-19 restrictions, the Museum allows entry to groups of no more than 20 people. Larger groups can arrange entry in stages.
For groups of more than 10 people, booking is necessary, even for visits without a guide, by contacting the Education Office (0464 488041).
Guided tours
The itinerary for visiting the Museum, Castle and temporary exhibitions is extensive, so those opting for a guided tour can agree on the visit contents.
Groups of up to 20 people.
- Entrance fee: €7 per person; free for children up to 17, for the group leader and any accompanying tour guide
- Guided tour fee: €60 for each guide (one for every 20 people) for a visit of around 75 minutes
- Compulsory booking up to one week before the visit date by contacting the Education Office (+39 0464 488041)
Accessibility
The visit itinerary takes place inside the Castle and has architectural barriers.
For groups including visitors with mobility difficulties, we kindly ask you to contact the Education Office prior to your visit.
